2) How We Handle Financial Data

TGR does not process, view, or store your raw credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank details on our servers.

All financial transactions, vaulting, and tokenization are handled securely via Square Inc., a globally recognized, PCI-compliant payment processor. We only retain a secure digital token that allows us to charge your specific card for your authorized grocery totals.

3) Third-Party Service Providers

To operate our logistics effectively, we share limited, strictly necessary data with trusted third-party partners:
These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements and are absolutely not permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

4) Use of Cookies and Local Storage

Our platform utilizes strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage to ensure the site functions properly. This includes keeping you securely logged in and preventing the loss of your unsubmitted grocery cart if you close the app. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies to follow your activity across the wider internet.

5) Data Protection (We Do Not Sell Your Data)

Your trust is our baseline. TGR has never, and will never, sell, rent, or lease your personal information, email address, or phone number to third-party marketers, advertisers, or data brokers.

6) Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to control your personal data. At any time, you may request a complete deletion of your profile, saved addresses, and order history from our active databases.

To initiate a data purge, please email your request directly to nickb@tobermorygroceryrun.ca from the email address associated with your account. We will process data deletion requests within 14 business days. Please note that certain transactional records may be retained temporarily as required by Canadian tax and accounting laws.
